An exquisite German Rosenthal porcelain vase with a decorative overlay of pure silver. The Art Nouveau-style silver overlay is composed of blossoms, leaves and tendrils with hand-engraved accents and silver bands at rim and foot. 

The silver is stamped 1000/1000 around the bottom rim signifying a pure silver overlay crafted from the highest quality of silver available. This mark was used by a handful of craftsmen in Germany including Manfred Veyhl and Friedrich Wilhelm Spahr. 

The aqua colored vase is in very good condition, measuring 6.25 in H., with a green underglaze "Rosenthal Selb-Plossberg / Germany" factory mark underfoot,
