A vintage French faience blue bud or posy vase from the Emaux de Longwy art pottery workshop in France. The ceramic vessel is hand-decorated with a colorful enameled glaze in a cloisonné-style Chinoiserie design of multicolored blossoms with cobalt blue leaves and black stems on a bright blue ground. 

The underside is fully marked with several hand-written numbers beside Longwy's black printed EMAUX DE LONGWY factory mark, with DECORE A LA MAIN (decorated by hand) above and FRANCE below. This mark was used from 1920-1970. The piece is in very good condition, measuring 6.5 in. height.
