A vintage pair of sterling silver open salt cellars or nut dishes in porringer form with pierced handles by Lunt Silversmiths of Greenfield, Massachusetts, dating circa 1950. Both handles are stamped LUNT / STERLING / 581 on the underside. Very good condition with some faint surface wear. The pieces measure 3 in. L (to tip of handle) and 0.88 in. H. Together, the salts weigh 64.5 grams / 2.28 oz. No monograms.
