A large and sculptural L'Objet Dualite vase of hand forged brass decorated in a striking Hollywood Regency style combining reflective silver and textured matte gold. This luxurious and functional vase is a statement piece and a unity of opposites: the upper 24-karat matte golden finish has a hand-hammered surface while the lower register features a lustrous nickel-plated surface of highly polished, smooth and reflective silver. The handcrafted fluted vase is substantial with an undulating, scalloped rim. Very good condition with just a few minor surface scuffs/marks, measuring 13 in. H x 8 in. W (at widest) x 7 in. D and stamped "L'OBJET" on the base.
